BOSTON (MarketWatch) - Eli Lilly & Co. on Monday reported a 39% decline in first-quarter profit, hurt by acquisition-related charges and costs from a product liability settlement, but the drugmaker raised its financial forecast for 2007. Excluding various items, the company said it would have earned 84 cents a share for this year's quarter. For the quarter ended March 31, revenue grew by 13.8% to $4.23 billion. Average forecasts derived in a poll of analysts by Thomson Financial stood at 79 cents a share and $4.12 billion, respectively. Shares of Eli Lilly moved up 1.7...
